Only Tennessee residents will be charged sales tax.
Shipments
We try to ship tangible items immediately upon receipt of payment. If we receive your payment early enough today, we will ship today. Otherwise it will be tomorrow (weekends excepted).
For services purchased, expect 2-3 weeks turn over time. If you purchase longarm services I have to wait for your quilt to arrive, plan the design, quilt it, and then ship it back to you. If you purchase a custom quilt making service, I have to find fabrics in the colors you want, wait for them to arrive, piece the top, and then ship it to you. I will be in contact with you via email or phone throughout the process. If you need your quilt by a special date (birthday, anniversary, graduation), please notify me well in advance.
If possible, we prefer to ship items via USPS Priority Mail. We are aware that the cost is slightly higher than First Class but shipping time is extremely fast (2-3 days). First class mail has a weight limit on it of 13 oz. You are welcome to select this option if you are only ordering a yard or two of fabric, but a full quilt or a pillow will not fit. I will use flat rate boxes when it can save you money, otherwise shipping prices are simply based on weight and distance to you. I'm not trying to make a profit off shipping like some vendors do. I always ship with delivery confirmation. Insurance is optional.
If you are in the area, I also offer the option of a local pickup for quilts. I can leave your quilt at A Stitch Away in Millington, TN. This is where I teach quilting classes and Carol is very familiar with my longarm services. A Stitch Away is a lovely store so if you have never been there it's a great place to visit. It not only has a selection of quilting fabrics and notions, but also embroidery, knitting, and crochet supplies. Many samples hang on the walls for the Crochet, Knitting, and Quilting Classes being offered that month. A Stitch Away is open Monday - Saturday 10-6. They are closed on Sundays.

We accept Paypal as our primary payment method. We also accept Google Checkout payments.
Returns
Please ask if you have any questions. I enjoy talking to my customers and will answer your emails promptly. If you have any problems with an item just email me. I will accept returns if you 1.) Let me know there is a problem by email and 2.)Return the item in the same condition it was sent, within 5 days.
